The maximum number of guests allowed in the unit depends on the type of unit booked.
The management reserves the right
to deny entry to additional guests and restrict the transport of prohibited items to the property.
To ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests,
parties and gatherings are not allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not allowed in non-smoking units. Rules and Regulations:
Tenants may not allow others to use the unit or allow its use beyond the original tenant’s own stay.
Tenants must not install any television equipment or other items in the unit without
management's consent.
Tenants must not cause any damage or defacement to floors, ceilings, walls, or any part of the residence.
Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking apartments. Any violation will result in additional cleaning fees.
All doors and other means of access to the residence must always be securely closed.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Daily or monthly tenants are not entitled to a rent refund if they leave before the
agreed rental period ends. If a tenant is absent one day after the contract ends,
the management may open the apartment and move the tenant's
belongings to storage without liability, and the contract will be considered void.
Tenants and visitors must wear appropriate attire when using common areas of the hotel.
Tenants must observe and comply with all rules and regulations
that may be issued, amended, or added by the management from time to time.
